••• INDEPENDENT TRAVEL AGENT WITH YOUR OWN CLIENTELE •••
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be an independent commissions-based agent working from our office and your home. The more you sell, the more you earn, receiving up to 90% of the commission on all travel you book.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with booking air, hotel and car travel globally
- Providing exceptional client service – you know what your client want before they ask!
- Researching all travel options to provide the most effective recommendations
- Recommending cost-saving options where appropriate
- Problem-solving when reservations require change
Requirements:
- You MUST HAVE your own clientele and at least 3 years experience as a travel agent
- Global travel experience and knowledge
- Knowledge of a travel reservation system including Amadeus
- You must provide a background of your experience
- Self-starter, resourceful, internet savvy
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proven client management skills
