I flew Westjet recently from Calgary to Winnipeg and I must say that Westjet has one of the most friendliest crew members that you'll ever find on any other different airline. Seriously, they are really happy and friendly and great to be with to make you flight more comfort and reasonable. They're allways laughing and smiling and they're just plain good nice. Once when were on a flight with westjet, on Canada Day one of the flight attendants actuall sang O canada with the rest of the passenger aboard the plane. It was amazing. Along with the great food, the comfortable leather seats, The cool Live seatback Telivision and the friendly service, I will never doubt Westjet again.

I really love West Jet to. My husband wants me to fly to different places but I only go where West Jet goes my sister is now the same I told her about West Jet to try it this was a few years ago and now she will only go where West Jet goes I hope they start to go to more places. I feel so safe with West Jet and I am so impressed how they make flying seem so natural....

WestJet is one of the best airlines I've ever been on, and I have been on a LOT! I feel so cared and comforable on westjet.
The crew is so welcoming and nice. They make it way more interesting and fun. When I go on westjet I don't feel like I'm on an ordinary flight waiting for it to end. The crew makes westjet just like home, but on an airplane.
The leather seats on the plane are so comfortable. Way better than cloth seats. I love how they have personal tv's on the back of the seats. No other airline that I have been on had that. Not even international airlines! That's how westjet is so AMAZING!!
Westjet is allways cool. I had a flight on Canada Day, and we actually all sang the national anthem on the plane. One of the flight attendants sang with us over the Microphone. She started then we all sang together. We got all these snacks for free, cool entertainment. Nothing could beat westjet. Westjet is my favorite airline. The best airline.

it was my first time ever flying and i went with west jet to Toronto and it was the best and the attendants are so nice i love flying now thanks to west jet.

I recently flew with WestJet from Ottawa to Kelowna Sept 15 and back to Ottawa October 1, then One week later flew with Westjet from Ottawa to St John's Newfoundland October 8, and back to Ottawa October 14, There were approximately 14 flights taken between coast to coast trips in 1 month. ALL I CAN SAY is BRAVO BRAVO. THe interesting thing I noted, is the trip from Toronto to Ottawa was under an hour, and the crew still managed to get a full plane all snack filled and juiced and cleaned up. The seats are awesomely comfortable, the crew are incredible, and so upbeat and Comedians. I laughed at them on nearly every flight. From the airport personnel to the captains standing at the door to say goodbye once landed, I am so impressed. WHAT A COMPANY. How do you get that many happy, enthusiastic, FRIENDLY people working for you. I will praise WESTJET forever, because I could NOT complain about one thing....You guys are just great, and well deserve this testimonial. I LOVE WESTJET!! I hope ranking goes 5 is excellent 1 not so good...because I give you a 5 for EXCELLENT

I must say that I was very happy with my flight from Victoria to Montreal with Westjet.
The Westjet staff at Victoria airport was very friendly, and efficient. They had us on the plane in no time at all.
Despite a full plane, we departed Victoria on time, and arrived into Calgary early.
I had a 30 minute connection in Calgary, and then continued on to Montreal, where we arrived on time.
I don't enjoy flying very often (unless I can get an emergency exit seat) because I am tall (6'4").
But I found that I was very comfortable in the nice leather seats on Westjet's plane, even though I was in a regular seat.
I asked the flight attendant if they had many planes like this one, and she said that they had 32 of them, and would be getting more soon. If that's the case, I'll be back again, and again.
I was also happy with the satellite TV's in the back of each seat. I had them for the entire trip back to Victoria. It's great entertainment for the long flight across Canada.
Westjet is my new favourite airline!!

One of the very few airlines whose rah-rah advertisements are actually deserved! We had an early morning flight, which left on time, as usual. The flight from Toronto to Kelowna was on one of West Jet's newer aircraft, so that we enjoyed leather seats and personal television screens. Soft drinks, coffee, and tea were free; we brought our own breakfast goodies purchased at Pearson. The flight was uneventful and we landed slightly ahead of schedule in Kelowna, only slightly cramped after 5 hours.
The flight home to Toronto was similar, except that we were on an older aircraft and the upholstery was cloth and there were no TVs. Luckily, the guy sitting across the aisle from me was watching "The Incredibles" on his laptop, so I peeked over his shoulder for a while (unfortunately, he had the earphones in!) We landed right on time and had no checked luggage, so we were getting into the car within 20 minutes of touching down.

From the beginning of my interaction with WestJet associates to the very end I was made to feel welcome and valued! While my flight was not delayed, the one in the gate next to mine was and I was able to observe how this was handled by the staff. I loved the way that passengers were told more specifics of the delay than is customary, and it certainly engendered a dramatic reduction in the number of angry passengers. Aboard the jet the seats were more roomy that I was expecting, having flown with a number of other airlines in the past several years. The lack of meals was no problem - snacks and drinks were offered cheerfully. The welcoming speech was friendly, amusing and informative, and while there can be no doubt that the safety of the passengers and crew is taken very seriously, the presentation of the safety features was done in a way that kept the passengers' attention better than most. I appreciated the occasional dialogue from the cockpit about where we were and weather comments.
