I was on hold for an hour the other day before giving up. I currently have been on hold for 80minutes and counting. Westjet has horrible customer servies, i doubt i will ever use it again

I made a reservation for my family to travel from Edm to Saksatoon at the end of December. Since they changed the reservation system, I can't find any trace of the booking online, and haven't been answering the phone for at least 2 weeks. How can I be sure my reservation still exists? I sure don't want to show up at the airport on Dec 30 and find out that my booking evaporated along with the old reservation system (which to me was pretty good). Come on Westjet, you're disappointing a lot of people.

I am in Australia and have been trying to contact Westjet for 6 weeks now!!! All up I have spent over 13 hours "on hold" on the NON to;; free number!! (and over 1 hour on each separate occasion)!! I have sent 5 emails to different email addresses I managed to find hidden on the webpage! HOW DO I SPEAK WITH SOMEONE REGARDING A BOOKING MADE ON THE TELEPHONE 3 MONTHS AGO BUT FOR WHICH I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OR E-TICKET...AND FOR WHICH THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER GIVEN TO ME SHOWS AS "INVALID"??????? HOWEVER THE COSTS WERE CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD VERY PROMPTLY!!!

Never book with West jet vacations! They don't answer their phone and they have cheap service! It will be the LAST TIME i book a West jet vacation. They won't be able to compete with the rest!! Air Canada is better which doesn't say much!

We have a west jet credit that is about to expire. We've been trying to contact them with no luck. Every day for the last 3 days weve called just hung up after an hour+ on hold. If our credit expires because they can't answer the phone heads will roll

I have been trying to contact WestJet for the past week. Nobody answers - there's nobody there. It doesn't matter what time you call. I have a WestJet Vacation booked and have some questions - what the? The website is of no help - the web check-in site is down. I guess I'm just one of the thousands that have lost complete confidence in what USED to be a fantastic airline. I won't book with them again. :-(

I tried phoning West Jet and I have been on hold for the past 42 minutes and counting. I was not given any indication of how long I will still have to wait until someone may take my call. So while I listen to the most inane elevator music on a loop I shudder at the thought of actually getting on the flight... Hmmm... they cannot answer a phone, can they fly?
